Shouldn't they be?
If ITunes plays an artists song in a movie - doesn't the artist see some type of "royalty"?
Horses are registered to the Jockey Club w/ the Owners name.
The current owner of any horse raced in an HHR machine - including horse rescues and horse rescuers should be paid the royalties anytime the horse they owned is raced - either physically at a racetrack or virtually in a slot machine at a casino - a race is a race, a bet is a bet. At what point did the horses Owners - and Trainers - agree to consent to their image - silks, jockey - yada yada yada to be sold to these video games?
Evidently this is not going to be a problem in Louisiana. XOXO
And I agree w/ Flightline 100 100 100. XOXO
