Close Financial Ties Between Bob Baffert and CHRB alleged by PETA.

Not an endorsement for PETA but still good questions they have asked.

Why DID the KHRC take SO LONG to #BanBaffert and why didn't they follow Churchill Downs lead and ban him for 2 years or permenantly? Why only 3 months? Is that all they could afford with such close financial ties? How is this NOT a conflict of interest.
