Funny...Why Hasn't Paulick Report reported on "Breakage?"

Perhaps it is because they are sponsored by the Stronach Group, the biggest crooks out there when it comes to "rounding down" to the nearest ten cents on every bet, instead of keeping an honest accounting system.

This is fascinating, evidently the reason it is being done - is because like everything else that arouses the public angst toward horse racing - tradition - of course. XOXO
