IF Bob Baffert was BANNED from training at Santa Anita Park WHY Does Equibase list him as -

"Working Out" a horse named "Velvet Slippers that as of TODAY is STILL on the CHRB Vet's List???

Explain this???

Sixteen days PRIOR to the workouts this is the reply I got from the California Horse Racing Board under Governor Gavin Newsom - regarding my Freedom of Information Act Request on these horses. XOXO
