Is Churchill Downs a Bully as Ray Paulick has stated?

OR is HISA to blame???

The field is going to be evidently reduced as Bob Baffert continues to race in the stakes races that give qualifying points for the Kentucky Derby.

Bettors like larger fields (more horses in a race) for some reason.

No Baffert - means less horses because his horses will hold the qualifying points the second place horses would have won had HISA met Churchill Downs and banned Bob Baffert like they did Dick Clark (HISA'S own Maggi Moss's Partner and client & trainer & friend for 7 1/2 years for a meth positive).

Why DIDN'T HISA back Churchill Downs up and create a "unified front" that so many holler about in racing - and ban Bob Baffert?

Why is Ray Paulick blaming Churchill Downs for this fiasco and NOT HISA? Isn't it HISA's job to "level the playing field - nationally - Churchill Downs - after seeing Bob Baffert's trail of over 90 DEAD HORSES, including "Medina Spirit" the horse that failed it's drug test and was later sadly DQ'd after it DIED of it's Kentucky Derby win for a failed drug test.

Then Bob Baffert went on a tirade of cancel culture, had a LEGION of online trolls coming to his defense ANYTIME ANYONE on Twitter uttered a word against him, harassing the hell out of people, including myself - and his owner Amr Zedan went on a rant about how he would go all the way to the Supreme Court to sue on Baffert's behalf, a case that was only recently dropped against Churchill Downs by Bob Baffert and Amr Zedan.

I would post the video of Amr Zedan saying he would go all the way to the Supreme Court and calling Bob Baffert a family man, but this blog has said I have reached my maximum picture upload file and that is what a low budget / censored blog has for you today. So you will live without viewing it for now.

The Cancel Culture is on youtube still though, so I can link that one here.

In my opinion, it's HISA's fault at this point. Just one more card to show in this clown show - that takes $72 million out of the purse accounts - which is basically a 20% cut in earnings across the board in horse racing. Well done dumb dumbs - well done. XOXO

Does Churchill Downs know something about Bob Baffert that the rest of us do not?

Perhaps it is the identity of a few of those twitter trolls? What else could it be? Thoughts? They still have not unmasked all the accounts that were blamed on me when I was entirely banned from posting on Twitter and clearing my name. "Funny" nobody - has brought them to justice - isn't it? I KNOW they weren't me, because at the time I could NOT even log into Twitter - my communications are monitored and censored AF! My guess is they have not been named because they either trace back to the government, the police or a major EARNER in horse racing.

And Ray Paulick got one thing right - Bob Baffert is no Paragon of integrity, but then again neither is HISA when they try to gaslight us all that meth and cocaine are not performance enhancing drugs - didn't the horse that was on the meth win the race? Ask Maggi Moss (HISA) to ask her client and trainer Dick Clark who just got a 7 1/2 year ban, how much of an effect the drug had on his horses racing time? Look it up. The stats are easy to find. Do the math. XOXO

And there is no way in hell that the 150th Kentucky Derby should have an asterisk as C.P. Pollock a name Baffert allegedly coined - ironically - has stated.

Baffert should be banned worldwide, not even just nationally, and he should not be winning points at the Santa Anita Derby and other races. If that was the case, HISA might start to actually make a dent - in leveling the playing field - because the winner's who brought a horse to the race that was NOT on drugs - theoretically - would then qualify for the Kentucky Derby - hence the whole point of HISA. The fact that as Paulick has so eloquently stated that - this is certainly not the case, he thinks the "best horses are not in the race" - would they be the best if they were not drugged or would some horse sitting in a kill pen be the best? "Strollin Willie" beat one of Maggi Moss's horses at a race in Louisiana in 2015 around Christmas - he had later been found in a kill pen with a broken leg - if he had better - more caring connections - would he have been in the Kentucky Derby??? In his lineage is BOTH "Seattle Slew" AND "Secretariat" - he could have won the Triple Crown - isn't HISA supposed to be about weeding out the bad guys so horses like "Strollin Willie' DON'T break their cannon bones and DON'T end up in kill pens and their connections' DON'T drug them because if they do they will be banned for life with dangerous and DEADLY substances such as Meth and Cocaine - has anyone ever DIED of an OD on Diabetes drugs? Because people die of od's on meth and cocaine EVERY.SINGLE.DAY those drugs ARE DANGEROUS - AND DEADLY - MAKE NO MISTAKE. If HISA worked - "Strolling Willie" would be sold as a foal to an honest and just trainer - who developed his full potential - without drugs - and without hard conditioning without-abuse of any form - into his full peak and protentional - AND with Bob Baffert and his cartel of horses out of the way - he would have a clear and straight forward path and a shot at that beautiful 150th Kentucky Derby Trophy with all it's emeralds and diamonds and the red roses should go to the man/woman who got him there. The other horses - without detoxing from meth or cocaine would then be retrained for dressage, polo or some other activity and not be in the kill pens jonesing out or dead on a farm somewhere of a drug overdose.

That's my view from the top. XOXO

Besides a smaller field will be more profitable for Blackrock and Vanguard the owners of Churchill Downs - if the bettors prefer a larger one, I am sure the reverse is true.

So banning Baffert will end in good fortune for them and the CAW's they own - so every cloud has a silver lining I suppose.

I suppose this is not such good news for the bettors, it's as if they lose the edge at every angle to the house. And so it is. They say "he who has the old makes the rule" is the Golden Rule - evidently so, and it is the house that has the gold and not the bettors. As they say a fool and his money is soon parted. XOXO
