Canterbury Park and Running Aces in Minnesota had one last Hail Mary move - made by the Minnesota Racing Commission - to legalize Historical Horse Racing - but that won't fly here. Someone tell the A.G. - he is the legal council that represents the MN Racing Commission - that evidently just pulled some illegal shit in passing HHR - don't expect him to do right by the people or the Natives who are getting robbed with this move. The Senate is poised to fight back though. If the move is indeed ILLEGAL - why isn't anyone being dragged out in handcuffs? XOXO
If I were a Mdewankton Sioux effected by this "illegal" posturing by the MN Racing Commission - I would sue them for loss of revenue. If they did this to Baffert or one of OleDirtyBaffert's owners - the lawsuit would have already been filed. The last person to sue the MN Racing Commission - the Canchari's - at least 3 family members ended up dead or handicapped. They can not take out the entire tribe though - the MN Racing Commission will not be able to bully their way out of this.
I obviously side with the Natives on this - I have been stalked by the Private Investigators, and had my business and neighbors - entire neighborhood harassed by them for years now, hopefully they pay dearly one day. LORD knows we need to do better and do more which includes holding the U of MN accountable for robbing the Natives of over $500 million dollars in 1880's - which in today's money would be billions - if not trillions of dollars - and - they need to be held accountable, their President has already fled after their role in burning down Minneapolis. The University of Minnesota is invasive and pervasive, and a Trojan Horse - both to the Native's and anyone who legit calls this place home - foreign or domestic. XOXO
The Native's need to sue to get that money back, there is $600 million in the trust just from Iron Ore Mining.

Update - When Governor Walz should firmly put his foot down and defend the Native's - Democrat Walz - from Nebraska BTW - not Minnesota - doesn't do that. Just babbles some BS - him and the AG - Keith Ellison - who was the attorney for the MN Racing Commission when the Canchari family had 2 members die and one get permenantly handicapped after a tragic car accident on his way to a racetrack - is thick as thieves w/ Gov Tim Walz after the BLM riots which AG Keith Ellison was repping Antifa - and along with Tim Walz entirely stood down and let it happen, as opposed to calling in the National Guard and not letting the entire city burn down, by installing a curfew and putting out the fires. So if that isn't enough to keep them controlled I don't know what it is hence Gov Tim Walz mumbling and inaction.
Gov Tim Walz also lives at the University of MN, who bailed out all the protestors with it's MN Freedom Fund and completely cut ties with the police when the chips were down.
