Minneapolis Once Had A Thriving Black Community. #OpRememberRondo

Look how well dressed and modest life was in Minneapolis back in the 50's. This is a photo of the Rondo neighborhood where black families had OWNED their own homes and OWNED their own businesses for decades. Look how successful they were.

What ruined that success? What ruined their community? How did they go from a community of home and business owners to a community riddled with crime with shot spotters going off every hour, with kids getting shot in drive-bys, with businesses getting looted and burned down?

Why did they intentionally destroy this neighborhood with a highway and force these landowners out of their beloved and THRIVING community?

Why couldn't the highway have curved around their community, and saved it? Why do banks intentionally make it hard for black people to get loans?

We haven't helped them get back on their feet yet - to a thriving community where everyone has a good living and a good job, where they own their own bars, restaurants, laundry mats, gas stations, car washes, barber shops, beauty salons, churches etc.?

When Obama was elected President - this is the "Hope and Change" people had in mind when they voted for him - people of all colors were lined up for blocks - with one agenda - to see the black community pulled out of poverty and restored to their rightful heritage - something closely resembling the Rhondo Community-of St. Paul that once thrived. Obviously that never happened - Obama like every President (before and after him) took advantage of his followers and never did right by them. The dream was lost, it died, things got progressively worse to the point the George Floyd snuff film was played every five minutes on T.V. across the nation - with the intent to divide the nation, and create flames of distrust between the black community and the police.

Nothing has been set right. Until we do right by our neighbors we will never have peace in our streets, or in our neighborhoods. They didn't own much, small houses and small businesses, they earned what they had, why was it all taken from them? Why do they all now have Jewish and white landlords? Why are the businesses in the area now owned by Jews and White people- Who profited? Why are black people intentionally getting held down?

If we are going to rebuild our black community - where are the banks? Where are the lenders? They used the death of George Floyd to politically benefit - and push Joe Biden and Kamala Harris into office, then they distanced themselves from BLM after that. They use BLM to push their agendas and Antifa, to keep BLM from becoming a REAL POWERFUL PEACEFUL MOVEMENT by creating side shows to keep people from following them. Who is sending in Antifa? We all know it is Jewish George Soros, intentionally destabilizing the black community and manipulating them to do it. We are all watching as they shoot each other and burn the place down in a state of mass confusion and anger while their real enemies are wining and dining themselves watching it all on T.V. going home to their mansions and gated communities and penthouses laughing their asses off.

When will the black community study it's history? When will it together set a goal, - to get Rondo back, to get funding for their own homes and businesses? All Biden and Harris did was use BLM what have they given back? Have they made laws mandating Affirmative Action for bank lending? What if for every loan a qualified white person got, they had to approve a person of color-if they are qualified? Would black home ownership EXPLODE in popularity? Would black owned businesses start thriving again? Would kids risk their futures by joining gangs when all of their neighbors are thriving by owning their own businesses, not having to risk a lifetime behind bars? If business owners started driving nicer cars and buying up nicer houses and having better gold chains on than the criminals? What kind of example would that set for the kids? Would people turn off the gang banging rap music and go to church and find a family and settle down? Would the family unit change when home ownership and businesses thrived? Would we bring modesty back, and dress professional? How do we get the banks to comply, it seems they are the only thing standing in the way of our progress.

There are two classes land owners and serfs, the NWO is working to make all of us-serfs, there is a war on the middle class, soon all of the white neighborhoods will go down like the Rondo community, without a fight, like the Rondo community. We either build it up together or we all go down together. We either stand up to the banks or we let them take our entire community house by house renting it back to us until we are all renters in a country we once owned. Where is the black home ownership movement? Where is George Soros with his hundreds of millions of dollars to lend them, to get it off the ground? Where is the government who used BLM to get elected? Where is the united front and the goals?

The current situation is they raised the minimum wage to $15 an hour from $11 or $12 - whatever it was before - while raising the cost of first time home ownership from $100,000 with interest over 30 years to $200,000 with interest over 30 years. They doubled it! Would you rather make $12 an hour and owe $100,000 on a home or make $15 an hour and owe $200,000 on a home. (For those of you not good at math, you would have to make $24 an hour to make that break even). Everyone is focusing on pennies while losing thousands. Even if they raise minimum wage a small amount-you are still MORE impoverished because they just priced you out of home ownership in your community, you make MORE per hour but you are at greater risk of staying a non landing owning serf now than 3 years ago. They ALWAYS move the cheese.

To state what we all know the government and the banks WILL NEVER BE THE SOLUTION, even if they lend you the money they will find a way to get you to default on the loan, sooner or later something goes wrong in life - you break a leg, lose someone you love, lose a job etc - life happens, and when you get thrown off balance the banks make it impossible to catch up and take your home, that is why you seen foreclosure signs on over 17 million homes in America in 2008. That being the case, with minimum wage now $15 in Minneapolis, if goals were set - and neighborhoods with simple tiny homes were zoned, created, built and sold for $10,000 or $20,000 a piece, this would get many people out of a welfare state, thinking they need the government to pay their rent, it would save billions in tax dollars subsidizing the payments to their landlords who profit off their financial misery. It would create opportunities for those making $15 an hour to become land owners instead of serfs, who instead of throwing money away on rent-could own a home. Once it's paid off BOOM no more rent, now you can start to buy clothes, cds, invest in the stock market or bitcoin, wine and dine your wife, etc. not struggle every month to pay rent. You can sell your tiny home when you make money or rent it out and become a landlord, in your own community. You can make moves you couldn't make before, you can start to become upwardly mobile. You can not force the banks to give you loans but you can organize in the streets and where you need to- strategize-to zone the area for tiny homes, two people with $5,000 could buy one - be roommates for a few years, buy two more after that and each have their own home, and be landlords on their original investment. Maybe 4 people go in, but there is a way...#OneLove XOXO

This small tiny home can be built for only $4,000 in 24 hours- I paid that in rent, for a two bedroom apt in a suburb outside of Minneapolis, in 2 1/2 months, and owned nothing. If I had bought this tiny home instead, at the 2 1/2 month mark it would have been paid off. I have lived in a few so called "luxury apartments" some that currently rent now for $4,000, all throughout the metro area, and I would rather live in this tiny home then them, at least you do not have the neighbors dogs barking at all hours of the day and night above you, and have some peace and quiet. You don't have landlords "inspecting" your unit at every whim and opportunity, you don't have to have good credit or any credit to buy these tiny homes, you don't have to give a stranger your paycheck info and social security # for a background check and pay a $100 application fee. You don't have to cough over a $500 dog deposit for every dog you have and a full month's rent as the deposit, you could own a tiny home just like this one just for the cost of the app fees, dog deposits, regular deposits, and first months rent at almost ANY of the apartments in Minneapolis and the surrounding communities right now and be done with it. NO MORE RENT. XOXO

Bottom line, I agree with the statement Black Lives Matter, but just like a nice NY Strip steak starts out fresh and clean if left on the counter for a few days, it no longer resembles it's former self. If left on the streets it may even have rats and vermin infesting it. George Soros and Antifa are those rats and vermin. Making NOBODY want to go near that movement. They have tainted and soured it. So too, like every great novel movement gets taken over and co-opted by the government and Antifa all acting to destroy your credibility, and it has been lost due to them. They did the same thing to us rescuers during Hurricane Harvey, created the Cajun Navy to take down our maps aided by Google and steal the credit, that organization NEVER EXISTED before then, and has done NOTHING notable since.

As I said, Black lives DO matter, and they need somewhere to live, and the opportunities to own their own businesses and neighborhoods, hire their own police and politicians and thrive, and most importantly a place they feel safe and secure. A place they built they can take great pride in and start families in. A place they can never get evicted from, or have to fear getting the way over priced rent every month to stay in, if the streets are going to start a movement, let Rondo be your inspiration. Choose to build instead of destroy, choose to walk away from Minneapolis and let it crumble, let the wheat separate itself from the chaff, and organize like your lives depended on it, because they DO, and create, build and inspire. Demand they zone you this opportunity, you saw how much you could accomplish with BLM, now it is time to direct that energy into something MORE POWERFUL your opportunity to thrive!

When BLM goes left you go right-straight for the touchdown, let George Soros have the OLD movement and keep going to the goal post. When life throws you curves you learn to swerve and now is time to swerve! GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To state the obvious, the Rondo neighborhood had nicer homes that would now be valued at the $200,000 -$500,000 plus range, which would have created wealth for their former owners, and these tiny homes are far more modest at $10,000 each, but it is getting out of the noose of having a landlord wrapped around your throat that will change, and without that you can save to buy a better home, and move and be a landlord with your old home, creating affordable rentals for other black community members while creating a nice little side hustle for yourself, you could rent it out for $500 a month or so and use that money towards your own home. It makes you upwardly mobile. #Goals

This is a photo of the Rondo Co-Op Grocery Store...(link above)

The Rondo Church was the ONLY church organized by Black People and was located off Dale and Central Ave at 624 W Central Ave in St. Paul

Above all else, the people who lived in the Rondo neighborhood felt Safe. So safe in fact, residence did not even lock their doors at night...imagine that. XOXO

Another video on Rhondo...

The heartbreaking end - "It was hard to stay...and it was hard to move." XOXO
