Official Response From CHRB Will NOT confirm if "Martini Spirit" trained by Bob Baffert is Dead.

Once promising, "Martini Mischief" now declared "Unsound" and on the Vet's list at CHRB.

Owners of "Martini Mischief" will not answer me on twitter if this horse is dead or alive, neither will Paulick Report, Bloodhorse, CHRB, KHRC, NYRA, NYS GAMING Comm, or anyone else I have tweeted or e-mailed including Bob Baffert and his attorney. XOXO

Before "Martini Mischief's" "Disappearance - she was known as a "rat." A derogatory term for a non winning horse. "Rat's" as defined by the horse racing world almost always end their careers in the slaughter houses or euthanized.
