Equibase shows a change of ownership - from Maggi Moss racing him 10/31/13 with Jonathan Pippin racing him at Turway Park for $7,500 in a claiming race, just six months later on 3/28/14.
Maggi Claims that she sold Jonathan Pippin a horse, it took him time to pay her, and he wired her the money but she never signed the paperwork.
Why didn't she sign the paper work? If he wired her the money?
Did she refund the money, why does it not say that in the Paulick report it so, if true where is her receipt of refund? How much did he pay for the horse, was it more than $7,500 - the amount he raced it in a claiming race for?

If you gave someone money for a car, and they kept the money, wouldn't you expect them to sign the title over to you? Anything less would be fraud or theft. XOXO
Based on the follow up stories I am seeing - Jonathon Pippen should be out of jail by now.

If he signed an agreement as the Paulick Report says with Bob Baffert, to stay silent or whatever it may entail - then we can talk about Maggi Moss - unless she paid for his silence also. What are they hiding? XOXO
