There were lives on the line, the jockeys were injured, and taken to the hospital, it is extremely surprising to me, given the details of what happened this wasn't a mass casualty event with humans and horses in an industry that has ZERO OVERSIGHT and a pass to do whatever it wants.
The horses and jockeys must have been going at least 30 miles per hour when they were entirely blinded when the lights just cut out of no where during the middle of the race. It is entirely sad we never see ANY justice for the endless streams of crimes committed daily by those inside horse racing and our federal government, which has close ties to Hong Kong Horse Racing, where Protestors that were protesting for Freedom against China, were shot at with live bullets, costing the Government of Hong Kong hundreds of millions of dollars a day, after they had to postpone the horse races. They then unleashed the Rona, and issued mandatory quarantines, as horse racing carried on. The protestors were in the way, that is all that is.
The media was then used to usher in mass hysteria, they sent in Puppy Killer Dr. Fauci to created a plannedemic, and used that fear and mass hysteria, to force the public to muzzle themselves with masks, they censored our communications and closed our social media accounts against our wills, and ushered in the "Vaccine Mandates". If the protests had never taken place in Hong Kong costing the government hundreds of millions of dollars a day - do you honestly think Dr. Fauci's lab in Wuhan would have released the Rona? Is there are war on Horse Jockeys or is someone actively trying to intimidate them? First Miguel Mena dies under the most suspect circumstances as I've ever heard of, then the lights go out during a race, threatening the lives of every rider and horse in that race. What gives?
