Belinda Stronach AKA 1/st or Stronach Group has done a whole lot of damage to horse racing, it can not be understated from the corruption of the CAW's who cheat everybody who bets or who gets paid as a result of the trickle down from the purse money, which includes everyone in the industry pretty much.
And that shows in the Preakness which is held at a now shithole track in a now - according to Former President Donald Trump - "shithole city" - which is Baltimore. The toilets don't even work in the ladies room and even worse they spew stuff at you. Who is Horse racing's target market - if the toilets don't even work and the horses are all breaking down?
Just throw some more glitter on it, but now nobody wants to go to the Preakness - which is the second leg of the Triple Crown, not even the winner of the Kentucky Derby has committed and it's less than two weeks away now.
You know who will be there though, bottom feeders Jill and Bob Baffert. HISA has done nothing to ensure the INTEGRITY - of the Triple Crown. Could you imagine the OUTRAGE if certain contestants of the IRON MAN race - were told they had to compete against various competitors who came in fresh - not having to have completed the swim portion of the event, and they were competing against very warn out - swimmers - to run in a race, and then in a biking event, but then you get to the biking event, and there are riders who did not swim or run - who are fresh out of the shower with new legs? How fair of a race is it, when one person completed the swim and the running portion and are exhausted BEFORE they even hit the start line for the final race - when bikers show up fully rested? It completely kills the entire concept of the Iron Man, which is EVERYONE is fully tested in all three events, nobody gets a pass.
Now Baffert will show up with "Muth" to the Preakness w/ his special horsey sauce, HISA hasn't been able to quite thwart yet - and an exhausted "Mystique Dan" is supposed to race him? It's already unfair, and that isn't even factoring the other Baffert horses who ALSO have fresh legs including George Soros horse "Prince of Monaco" who has already beat "Muth" in a race at Del Mar on August 13, of 2023.
It isn't a fair race, when one competitor is warn out and the other has fresh legs. Bottom line. HISA could have ensured the INTEGRITY of this race by banning Bob Baffert across the board - however they did not do that.
Nor has HISA banned Gerard Melancon who is facing buzzer charges - even if he is "retired" he should still be banned for life - same as Hisa's Maggi Moss - partner Dick Clark who was caught w/ a horse testing positive for meth and also "retired". People can come out of retirment - and race again - but if they are banned they can not, and HISA is not making an example of them either.
