U of KY Took too long to "rescue " "Daring Arthur" from Kill Pen-

Someone came and bought him and quietly disapeared him.

May have shipped him to slaughter to save the University of Kentucky the expense of bailing him and the $100,000 plus it will cost them to keep him in pasture and vet bills through the remainder of his life.

Not having to get hit with that financially, would be very beneficial to the U of Kentucky. XOXO
