Spotted...An "Unsound" Martini Mischief 3/19/22 working out...How can it be???

"Martini Mischief" is CURRENTLY as of TODAY - STILL on the CHRB Vet's list as unsound yet Bob Baffert is training him anyway...even AFTER an FOIA act was sent to the CHRB list and they would not confirm as of YESTERDAY if the horse was DEAD OR ALIVE???

Is this insurance fraud? Are they TRYING to break down Martini Spirit - labeled a "rat" by someone who bets on these races - on purpose???

UPDATE: As of 3/23/22 "Martini Mischief" is STILL labled UNSOUND on the Vet's list by CHRB.
